Hatha yoga

Hatha Yoga is a multifaceted concept. This is one of many methods of spiritual development through physical exercising.

Through the changes that involve the physical body and the development of internal focus which lead to self improvement, restored power and cleansing of the organs.

Healing involves the whole body and the whole mind.

However Yoga is not about the haste, change takes time, but then those changes stay with us for a long time.

My hatha yoga classes are suitable for all levels of practitioners and are constructed as follows:

  1. Pranayama, to practice setting
  2. Warm-up, joint exercises
  3. The main complex of asanas
  4. Relaxation / Meditation
